    Flying sword from quest at level 30 are free. They are permanent so you will never need to buy new one. The one from cash shop is permanent too. The little bar is the acceleration bar, you can consume it by action acceleration (press E then drag that acceleration button on your shortcut bar). If that bar run out you can refill it by dragging Chi stone onto your flying sword, which Chi stone can be gotten by decomposing anything beyond level 1 equipment if you have enough crafting level (or buy from others). You can fly permanently on the sword. Any improvement you made on the sword will be permanent. The flying sword can fly. You can equips it on aerocraft slot on your character window. Movement increase buff have no effect on flying speed. If you jump out of your sword from high altitude you won't die. You don't cost mana to fly on flying sword. You can fight on flying sword. Wizard don't need to cast any spell to fly.
    Hope it answer your question, it is random shot in the dark though.
    Forum cut any character it cannot recognize. Perhap you should write everything using letter only, it will be a bit lacking in punctuation but only jerk will scream at such a little grammar problem.
