I like how it recommends adding for every level 3 Dex 2 Vit and the rest Str. I'm sure you'll get plenty of Str that way.

Ohh and as for recommending socketing mana shards. I guess you need those mana shards when your grind macro looks like this:

Take Aim > Quickshot > Knockback Arrow > Stunning Arrow > Quickshot > Lightning Strike

His stat allocation poorly worded. He says 3 Dex, 2 Vit, and and take points out of Vit to put into Str to wear Light Armor.

So it comes out to 3-1-1, except in places when you do not need Str, in which case the extra points go into Vit.
