Arena Quest

Syaunei - Heavens Tear

I tried searching for info on this quest, but found nothing on the forums (maybe I should have checked more thoroughly) , so I was wondering whether someone could help me out on this matter.

The thing is, I did my hidden 1k streams quest a while back, but never worked up the nerve to do the Arena quest that comes after it.

So, could anyone tell me what it's about, and whether it is doable by a lvl 74 archer.
