Server transfer

Hey,
I was wondering if it is possible to move characters from one server to another (ex. Dreamweaver to Lost City); I started out on one server not realizing that it was not PvP, now have two Characters in the teens, and was hoping that I would not have to start from scratch on a PvP server.

    no and geting to lvl 30 is doable in 1-2days for a new player :P
