Live GM chat how to use?

So i go there to use it, and it has me choose what game, server, and character. after that is shows little button for the live GM chat service.
I click it and it takes me straight to ticketing...
please tell me how to use this feature correctly someone xD

    afaik, the live chat is out of commission for the moment... i hear alot of people asking about this same thing

    It only works during GM work hours.

    They are too busy feeding t he hamsters that power the server.
