    I guess I should just throw this in, while I remember.

    No, it isn't removing PvP, or PK, it's just implying that people can't sit around in the same area, with the same intention. To kill other players.

    Yes, your "high-levels" could all group in various unofficial areas and kill each other until their heart's content, a la TW. However, it still implies that players would have to keep moving around. It's a big map, any idea how few-and-far-between those PK's would be?

    Eh, just my 2 cent's worth.
