Level 19 cultivation quest error? (dreamweaver)

I was just assigned a cultivation quest upon level 19 and it told me to kill a wolfkin to retrieve a little elemental spirit (or something like that). I got it without any problems but as soon as it showed up in my inventory, the quest information says I don't have one and it doesn't say who to take it to either. It's like the quest just suddenly became inactive.
Did this happen to anyone else? Recently, ever?

    The quest has 2 parts. The first on is to retrieve the spirit by killing wolfkin. After that you need to retrieve a second spirit hidden in a flower near the bridge on Walled Stronghold.

    Is not cause the quest is broken, you completed the first part of it, now you need to go for the other spirit.

    I hate those b:angry Everytime i do them i don't notice the quest update so i continue killing the creatures until i notice b:cry
    >_< I'm a wizard in disguise... you know like the old cartoon... except with less robots and more fire/ice/rocks....

    The Untamed and Human cultivation quest have this problem. The Winged Elves shows a message after you rescue the first spirit. Maybe devs should fix both quest so they also show that message.

    U sure? cause I remember when I made the cultivation with my barb I saw no popup window with a message after I recover the first spirit. I only got the "Cultivation XXX Completed" message on the top right of the screen.

    I think I got the pop up to with my Veno and it not in Stronghold it is across from Plume City.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    There is a flower near Waller Stronghold for the Human Cultivation quest, and one near Wellspring Village for the Untamed Cultivation quest too. The one near the windmill in plume is supposed to be for the Winged Elves, but I'm guessing it'll work for the other races Cultivation Quest too.

    K, I made the run for human 19 cultivation quest, and actually there is three places where you can find the Celestial Sprite. All across the river near Walled Stronghold
