Ginseng, for example, will not stack with Hay.
However, yes, Ginseng is a type of hay, and yes, the pheoenix will eat it.

At least, mine does.

Same with meat:

GMs refused to say flesh ream is bugged, so as far as the game goes, nothing there is bugged. OP already knows the question he/she/it is asking. The question was simply to legitimatize an obvious flame-bait thread.

First of all turtle, you seem to be pretty much the only flame reply on this thread except of course the BM who started the thread and replyed in a rude way to the venomancer responding.

Secondly, phoenixes take any type of hay or vegetable-like substance in Perfect World. In example, hay, wild gineng, and so on. Hercules take any type of meat, or meat-like substance; In example, meat, martins nest, venison, and so on.

I'm not trying to "pour oil" or create flames. I know we are here to have fun and share information, and its for that reason why I pointed out that you seemed to be the most flamey one here.

I'm not gonna say more for a few reasons: 1) I don't want a ban and 2) I don't like creating flames (I lied - I do like causing flames - however you seem really pissed right now so I'm gonna back off).

However (this is not to cause flames, just to put my opinion out there, don't get all mad) I feel that I have to comment on your reply. I do realize that some might take this as flame bait (it is not designed to be that way). But I feel I should state my thoughts on this:

1) It seemed like you are really mad and are using quite a bit of flames, all your posts on this thread seem that way.

3) Yes she did respond in a reasonable manor. Although her response might have been rough and brutal, it is reasonable and an appropriate answer. There was nothing wrong with it and it was correct.

GMs or Mods, please lock this thread. It is filled with idiots (including me) who are flaming and trolling. This simple question has turned nasty. A certain un-named individual (cuz he might flame more at us if I use his name) is being rude, incorrect, uncivilized, and is flaming and trolling this thread. Please close the thread. You react to something I say with accusations of something I'd be doing while allt the time you are the one actually doing what you accuse me off.

You (turtlewax) are only causing more flames and your are flaming yourself; the horrible quality I found in you that I call ignorance comes from the fact that you are not helping to solve the issue, nor are you correct in your statements, and in fact you are flaming yourself.

I do realize that by posting this I indeed am flaming myself. Except I believe that I have a reasonable cause.

In my opinion, you (turtlewax) deserves a ban or punishment and that this thread should be closed as the question has been appropriately and correctly answered multiple times (although turtlewax did not appropriately or correctly or even attempt to answer his question). This thread is simply flames and flame bait, the most horrible of these flamers is clearly turtlewax.

I also find it interesting that you are hiding turtlewax. It's obvious that this thread was created for the sole purpose of starting a flame war (look at title please) and in that regard, Mythsoul has succeeded.

There's only 1 type of hay in the game (that being, strangely enough, hay) and I'm sure that anyone who's reached level 77 (much like Mythsoul has) would know that.

Wild ginseng is not hay (wild ginseng is wild ginseng). Hay and wild ginseng are, however, both fodder (which is what phoenixes eat). Any pet food with "fodder" under food type can be fed to the phoenix (there's my contribution by the way).

Thread has been answered (long ago), close it please.
