Price of Penetrator

I have been using my Penetrator bow since level 53, and now that I am level 68, I will be using W&C next level. I was wondering two things. First, what is a good price for a Penetrator +3 (2 Sockets) with a pair of average garnets in it? Second, should I use unicorn, or Wind and Clouds? (Have both in Bank)

    Use your W&C. I'm not sure about Penetrator price, but W&C is the superior choice for PvE.
