missing npc named wushuang in " hell " momaganon
for this quest lv 95 http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/3096

wushuang should be located here in Momaganon 479 523(32) but when u go here ( palace of the demon king ) it have no npc at all, just blue lightning and couple buildings
