Weird Bug - Everyone looking the same.

So I've been playing again for about a week now, and I just recently noticed something. Everyones face/hairstyle/color look the same.

Some rare cases happen where the character is actually suppose to look the way they are, but for the most part, they have grey hair and such.

Here are a couple of screenshots to help show what I am talking about. Once I click on them and view the players portrait, is the only way I can tell how the person customized their character.

As you can see, they all look the same, however, their portraits tell me otherwise.

If anyone has any idea on why this is happening, please let me know so I can correct this error.

    Go into system settings to UI, and make sure customizations are enabled.

    It seems as though it was, just as well all my settings were turned way down.

    I suspect when I got dced with Best Performance Mode off, my settings stayed that way.

    Thank you for the help, my problem is now solved.

    Just to warn you, it will likely reset to that option every time you log - does the same thing to me.
