Colored text made by a user is the same style of text regardless of color. So me whispering you can still be blocked no matter what color text I used in the whisper. Muting/blocking is done on a person basis not a color/text type basis with exception of where you tell the system to ignore ALL text of certain types (faction, wc, public, trade, etc)
