Crash to desktop and bug report

I was doing my world quest and all of the sudden my game crashed to the desktop and gave me a bug report. After that I couldn't log back in that character without it crashed me to desktop and gave me bug report again. I tried to log in other other account and it's working perfectly fine. I tried other characters on the same account that got that problem but it's working fine...unlike "Sarugami" character that kept crashing to desktop and bug report popping up.

If anyone have this same problem please let me know how to fix it or what did the gm said when you submitted a ticket. I already submitted a ticket and waiting for answer...just want to know if anyone out there having the same problem as I amb:sad

    Please try a verify of the gamefiles from the launcher and/or holding down the "W" button while logging in.
