Should bm wear legend or HH armors at lvl6x?

i saw some bms wear legend n some wear HH armors...which one is the better?

    TT armors (assuming HH stand for TT.. ) start at lvl 70

    Like Pandora said,TT gear is available at lvl 70 (weapons you can get at lvl 60).
    As for your question about whether you should wear TT or legendary gear i can say that it depends on lvl of both legendary and TT gear(sometimes TT has better stats and additional perks then legendary and vice versa.).

    AH Legendary or 3* items are you best bet for 7X range. Since they aren't needed to be decomped for next tier armor, people will spend more on refining and sharding the gear as they can resell it afterwards to recoup the loss. Because of that, you can often pick up some items that you could not make yourself for cheaper. Saw one Proud Plate of Corsair that the cost wasn't even equal to the cost of refinement level, never mind the fact that it was 4 socket, fully sharded with beautiful healths. You won't find similar deals with TT.

    And in the end, the end game TT starts at lvl 90, which kinda makes me not want to waste money on gear that I won't even be using in the end for the 70-80 sets.
