Wep with Gloom

Just wondering. The wep says it increases phys attack at a cost of 5% mana. Seems like a good trade off since we rarely use a lot of mana. So the question is, how much does it increase and for how long? Also if increased long enough, with a skill like relentless courage, and a spark, could you not easily outdamage armegeddon? Just wondering. Hope to hear some good responses. Thank you.

    im using the tt90 with gloom. it adds around +30% phys attack for uhm 7-10 seconds or so.
