    i believe its the black horse, that can be bought from the pet trainer. the speed comes from the spurs. to get that, you have to spur it twice, with both that are available from the cash shop, then hatch it. it takes a day or so to get it to full speed (lv11), and you must feed it seseme oil to raise its loyalty quickest.
