Are these quests or what?

hey, i always see people shouting stuff like FB and gamma... what are these things? quests? how to join one? and what does WINED mean? *confused*
also, what's the point of dragon quests? i always have to collect items and go to many npcs... i feel like it will never end, i never get my prize and i spend all my money on teleport..... it's so frustrating!

Go to Dungeons and Tactics section of forums, you will find all about FB, DQ, Rebirth and "wined" there in sticky threads. Also many more useful things.http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/forumdisplay.php?f=20
And my suggestion is to not use teleporters, especially if you are poor. They are ripp-offs.
