BH quest help

Hey

So i live in England, and i wanted to get 2 BH quests so i followed the rumour that you can get a BH quest at server restart time and then get another one 4 hours later.

2 days ago, i woke up at 8am (sever restart time for me) and then got my BH quest. I then waited 4 hours and got the second and i was lucky as they were 2 different bosses. so i did them both and claimed the reward.

I didnt try it yesterday as i had less time, but today, i woke up at 10am (2am server time) and picked up the quest and didnt do it straight away. Then i got ready, had breakfast and then came back to do the quest. I got Myriadtail Wyvern. By the time i done it it was coming up to 12pm (sever time) so i rushed back and handed the quest in at 11:56am (server time) in hope that at 12pm i will get a second BH quest, which i didnt!

So could you please tell me how i can get 2 BH quests a day, and what i have done wrong.

    Getting 2 BH's a day is a bug, I'm sure they are going to fix it soon so you can only get one a day

    until today i had never gotten 2 BH as i picked it up 5-8am server time and would check back for the rest of the day
    last night i picked it up right after reset and i could pick up another at 7am server time

    so my limited testing theory is yes pick one up soon after reset and you can get a 2nd a few hours later, which is what the people i have spoke to that get 2 a day typically do
