    Game Master....but I think Game Moderator is much more fitting (and then they can have Game Administrators).

    Or....

    Genetically Modified/Mutants.

    I know it stands for game moderator, or game master. But it would be funny if it stood for game missle!~ They can sure blow up some stuff, especially the cranky and irritable ppls!

    Or perhaps Game Meditator! Lots of things that it could be...

    But the basics tell u.. Game Mod or master.

    I thought it stood for Game Master without ever needing an explanation, but then in fairness I've been playing the original RPG's like D&D or D20 Modern for years, whereas I'm relatively new to the whole MMO scene, so I know where the term originally comes from. The original term is DM, Dungeon Master, the Dungeon Master is the one who controls everything other than the PC's (Player Characters.) in a game of Dungeons and Dragons. Now of course once other pen and paper RPG's started coming out, they needed a more universal title to use, so some of them adopted the title of Game Master, same exact role as a Dungeon Master, they create the world for the players, control the NPC's, (Non-Player Characters.) the monsters, even what treasure they find, just a different title.

    It stands for GAME MASTER.

    You will see this term used alot on recruitment/job/career pages of game companies. I think this is pretty much a universal term, at least in countries where games are abundant...

    GM in this game can stand for game manager and game monitor.

    I believe in other games there are GMs but those stand for game masters which are people who have effectively beaten the game (are the highest lvl possible and have all skills maxed).

    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    This is correct, the term GM was derived from Dungeon Master and stands for "Game Master"
    Bladestorm lets you spin around like a carnival ride and do damage. Not using it is almost like having a move called Confetti Rocket Power Leap and saving it for "emergencies"
