Is The Penetrator usefull or not?

Like the title say, my question is if the bow The Penetrator (lv 53 weapon)
is usefull or not. I mean, only seven lvs later (at 60) i can use the first TT60
crossbow, so i don't know if it is intelligent buy this wep or its mold (especially because it's normally rare and very expensive).
Is the gap between Penetrator and normal weapons of 50s so evident
(in terms of attack and damage)?
For example penetrator is stronger (always in terms of damage) than a 3* lv 52 bow or a 3* lv 55 crossbow?

    tbh, I would ride with the summer's weapon in the supply stash, though I know getting a Hammer is very hard with the economy as it is now, but you might even have a harder time finding the mold for cheap.

    If you get it as a drop or something then sure go with it. Lots of people will tell you to use the lvl 50 supply stash weapon, but honestly hammers cost so much now that it would be a waste of money. For me when I reached level 55 I got the level 55 crossbow with +7 dex +5 vit and it worked great.

    I got Sinister Shooter on 42 and used it until 60. However, I DID also get the coins to open the Supply Stash by putting any leftovers to the bank.

    The thing is that you need to open supply stash anyway, sooner or later, due items you get after GS bow. The gems, chips and other stuff you get later will make it worth opening anyway, so why not use GS bow as well?

    Theres no way u wanna get pene for general...
    General bow debuff is so often that u be hittin gud shots..
    To be honest that has been my fav bow, but I'm happy with my chained jail but to be honest chained effect is not that often
