need help with Conspiracy of Night quest >.<

so, i got the co-ords, and i know im not supposed to fly, or ride, and i can only get the quest when i walk around the area. but, i've been walking around the area for the past 30 minutes (i'm still on the first glyph) and can't get the quest. can anyone help with this? is the quest bugged or something? or can soemone give me another set of co-ords other than from Ence's guide and 1perfectworld.

    Are you on the "Find Zuchien" part of that quest? If so you need to reach point 610 395

    okay so got the quest, and i've been running around the coords for the first glyph for the past 30 or so minutes, and still nothing pops up. is the quest bugged? or is there another set of co-ords (other than from Ence's guide and 1perfectworld)?
