wizard skill lvl 60

hi im a waizard LVL60 and my Dragon's Breath is lvl1 is it ok or not .
and for the skills lvl 60 what is the best take ( Blade Tempest and Essential Sutra) or ( Black Ice Dragon Strike and Essential Sutra).

    If you zhen or do rebirth you may want to raise Dragons Breath.
    You should have all but don't level them untill your spam skills are maxed.
    Quit.

    Level Blade Tempest and Dragon's breath and fire mastery should be maxed by level 76. You don't need Black Ice Dragon or the Earth Ult. BID is pretty and that's about it at this point. Worry about leveling those 80+.

    errrr you got it wrong a bit

    i got all 4 skills at lvl 59 and dont regret it
    but im in a Tw faction so i probably had more use for them
    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    most people get lv1 of each, but leveling more than one beyond that is terribly stupid until 8x
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    BIDS.4(Workin on this one to help with HA)

    MS.1(Got lv.1 for the animation, will level later)

    Thats mine for now, once you have undine and genie spark you don't need BT for mag res though, they die in about two shots from fire attacks.

    It's acceptable to say if your 59+ and don't have essential sutra... you need a slap.
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.
