Which tome?

Which would you start off with at first....str/vit, or dex/vit? And then work your way up with that etc.

    Depends on build. For typical tank barb, probably dex/vit. Once you have min strength necessary for gear, there's really no need for extra str. Dex could help you hit better. Besides, if I remember correctly, higher lvl dex/vit tomes add crit, which isn't bad.

    I use the Level 1 Vit/Str one on my level 30 Barbarian.

    currently using the 10vit tome, adds around 400-500 life difference when tanking, also the lvl 5 tome reduces dmg by 3%

    You sure you checked your hp correctly?
