    yes not entirely sure what the formula is, but you do get a nice ammount of exp and spirit when in a squad. Tho not as much as if you solo, but still a good number.

    spirit is dispensed from a spirit dispenser. Its similar to a soda dispensing mechanism - just uses spirit
