For those unfamiliar cryptids are classified as animals presumed to be extinct or unreal, that have just been or never been proven to be real, example Big Foot, or The Loch Ness Monster. I find them interesting and peak my interest, I love animals and since these are more mysterious and they are unknown. My favorite is the Thylacine. Tell me your favorite cryptid, and say why.

    I wouldn't say I like any specific cryptid, more like the idea of them. I enjoy fantasy, mythology, and other such supernatural things. So the concept of creatures like this intrigue me quite a bit, yet I don't have any specific favorite.

    Yeah, it's me. Don't read to much into it, though; I'm only here for myself now, killin' time and chillin' when need-be. So sue me. Tch...

    Bigfoot. Because I believe they are the ones navigating the ufos.

    No its cause he seems to be the most likely one to exist. Kinda like the silverback gorilla was considered to be a mythical wild man, until they killed one in the 60s.

    Actually I learned about cryptids a year earlier after a book was recommended to me abouth cryptids. And I barely watch Cartoonnetwork, because;
    1. They got rid of Toonamib:cry
    2. They started putting reality shows, game shows, etc.b:shocked
    3. They got rid of the best cartoons (johnny bravo, ed, edd, and eddy, etc.)
    4. They put in poor excuses for cartoonsb:angry
    5. They got rid of Fridays god damit

    And they're are many more reasons, but I don't want to get too off topic. So I'll end with, comedy central replaced cartoon network.(if you can even call them cartoonnetwork)

    Okay, this one may sound cheesy but I am dead serious. There is a legend in my state known as the dog man. It's not like some werewolf or guy dressed all hairy but an animal that has been spotted since the 30's. Think of a really big dog with shaggy dark hair and a flat face that has the ability to stand up and walk on its hind legs. Some of the stories say it stands about seven feet tall because of claw marks it left on doors and such.
    One of the most recent sightings was the county next to mine where some dude saw it eating a deer carcass on the side of the road. It was standing on two legs and staring at the headlights for a moment until it dropped to all fours and took off across the road. The guy got a photo of the footprints and they were certainly larger than normal.
    The idea of it is pretty eerie since I go down those roads all the time. I could have sworn I seen it once but I was really tired so it could have just been a normal large dog. Then again, it's not really normal for a dog to be able to bring its paws up over the hood of your jeep while moving at 30mph. >.>

    Ohhhh yeah. Unfortunately I do.
    It's been around for a long time. Even the native Americans and the invading French have names for it. They say it is seen every seven years (for some odd reason) but the latest sighting reported was just this year. Many are close to my area but I suppose we do have a lot of forests up here. >.> Makes me not want to look out the window at night because the last thing I want to see is a huge dog grinning at me.

    There's a webpage about it if you're more interested-
    www.michigan-dogman.com
    There's photos and such. Some of them are a bit inquisitive but I'll leave that for you to decide. ^^
