Rank Equipment

I just reached Rank II and i got a magic ring (rank identificator). How can i buy the rank items (on Rank I i could buy armor parts and a belt to the NPC that stand at the right of the rank npc)? May i first have to buy all items of Rank I and keep them in inventory?

    You get Rank II equips in Dreamweaver Port. Same for Ranks III and IV.

    Rank 2 is only the ring. For the legwear and belt you need rank 3 and level 60.
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.
