    Im pretty sure there is no lvl 1 scorpion. The lowest level scorp would be http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/mob/3307

    Are you thinking of the Varicose Scorp that the Pet Trainer offers you when you first get to level 7?

    It's the Varicose scorpion. You have a choice between the wolf or the varicose scorp at level 3.

    I went with the scorp.

    It's still my main pet.

    which out of the 2 starter pets is better as dps? and in general, which pet is good at dps? i'm trying to find a damage pet for TTs and fbs when i'm not tanking. ty

    Scorpion by far. Not very useful on bosses with AoE though.

    Are there more pets offered as a starting pet now? A friend got to have a Snaggletooth Kitten as her first pet. I was insanely jealous...

    I love my Sharptooth Wolfling, though. <3 He's still my main pet.

    i wanted to raise a scorpian but i 1 hit them even when naked :( so no taming for me

    Just pay a local lowbie to bash it a few times so you can tame it. :)

    lol... or do what i did for my level 5 turtle when i was about 40. put up bramble guard (armor on - or off - your call). Stand there and cast tame pet until it succeeds. The dumb critter will take its own life force down for you, so you don't risk killing it in one hit.

    Unequip your weapon, and use normal attack (no magic).
