Game Crashes

So, after months of watching my brother and I play, my mom wants to play PWI too, but every time she tries opening her game (usually around the time she enters the game, after character select) the entire computer shuts down. I'm thinking this might be a hardware problem, but I want some other opinions too.

Does anyone have any solutions other than simply using another computer?

    If this doesn't happen to you or her brother then it may be her computer, if that's not the problem, check to see if that Account is working well, if a White Bug report screen pulls up, fill out the form to get the bug fixed sooner.

    Make sure her computer has the minimum requirements to play pwi...
