WQ Rubberband

Hi

When I do the World Quest most of the time I get a rubberband effect from the person I last visited, so it makes it a pain to leave the NPC.

Is anyone else getting this and what is the cause / fix?

    In the last update the devs put an invisible rubberband on everyones character. What you get is that rubberband getting caught on the npc. :p

    Seriously though, sometimes I can't even jump when I'm grinding without getting bounced back constantly.

    I think it happen not only to NPC but any part of the terrain with a small part protruding.
    Seriously, I get this all the time jumping down from tree/ledge on a mountain/bridge with hole/dog.
    Funny things is if you are in the middle of the air when this "rubberband" happen, you are stuck mid air until you jump. And other people can see you are in mid air to so it is not client or lag problem. Funny one time I see a group of 5 Garfield shop hovering mid air because they all sell flying mount.
