Contacting PWE/PWI representative

I've been trying to contact PWE since Thursday night concerning a very urgent issue tonight but have not received any response whatsoever. I have sent in multiple tickets through the ticketing system as well as emails to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com but have not received any reply as of yet. I have also tried the in-game /GM many, many, MANY times for over an hour (in 5 min intervals) and have still not received any reply. I world-chatted a few times too without results but cannot keep spamming it as I do not currently have any zen for buying teleacoustics. The newly added online chatting function of the PWI website has not been working either for the past few days.
The issue I need resolving is very urgent as it concerns today's events whereas I have been trying to get in contact with PWE already for the last two days and this morning. I was also planning on charging some zen to buy some cash shop items for today but will not be able to until this issue is resolved. Is there any other method of contacting PWE or a PWI representative in a timely fashion such that the problem can be solved before the end of the day? (i.e. a direct phone number, etc.?)

never send more than 1 ticket cuz the more u send the more u'll have to wait before they actually read and do somethig about it[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Send one ticket and one ticket only, every ticket you send after that causes your tickets to sink to the very bottom of the list.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
