so the other day, i was questing the ladywraith quest (i was on the wraith teeth, 5 drops, semi-rare) and well, naturally, the wraith teeth weren't dropping as usual... however, being used to this, i simply kept on killing. i was there with my 47 cleric master (<3 my cleric b:dirty) and being the good samaritan, i naturally invited anyone else who entered the area for the quest (all turned invites down except for one) ... the one person who joined my party needed the same quest, and seeing as how i was 30+ kills into it with not a single drop, i figured it'd pick up with her there... here's the problem, 80+ kills into it, still not a single drop b:angry

so, she got pissed and sent out a world chat "GM PLEASE CONTACT ME!" or w/e, and she got immediate GM contact, which ended up with her getting the 5 wraith teeth added to her quest (basically the GM handed her the quest completion)... so naturally, seeing as i'd been there killing the things for longer, i used the ingame "GM" button in the settings menu (which took me to Live Chat Support)... i explained my situation, added what the other person had done, and guess what the response was? "We cannot spawn items for a player, regardless of circumstance, please submit a ticket"

I CALL SHENANIGANS!

this is a clear-cut example of bad PR, wtf, the cashshopper gets to QQ and get **** handed to her, while the free player gets waved off? what about those who CANT spend RL money on this game, even though they WANT to and HAVE the cash to do so??? do they get fuxxed over because the payment system prevents them from buying?? i'm sure i'm not the only one who's had this happen

You obviously have your details wrong. Send a ticket via e-mail. I highly doubt this is an accurate story, because there's no way for us to tell the difference from a simple in game shout, even then, the GMs don't discriminate like that
