Ukash? many problems

I went and got Ukash, i cant use a credit card. So i type in the Pin and i get this? Unknown Error Occured. Please contact billing@perfectworldinc.com


iv tried everything, and i cant seem to chat live with a GM? i really dont understand? Is there another glitch in your system.

    gotta say ive used ukash a couple of times now & it's worked perfectly.
    Remember on the first page where it says "enter coupon codes" or whatever (on the page where you use the selection buttons for the different payment options) - you have to leave that blank.

    And then you enter the voucher number later on in the process.
    Only problem i had was that i tried filling in that box.
