    LOL you should see what I eat during track season... xD....
    During track season I usually eat half a peanut butter and banana sandwich, orange, milk, and some other stuff... And I snack for the rest of the day then theres lunch where I get a whole grain sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes and for dinner I eat simply, sometimes just a fruit and pasta b:chuckle

    You know Hope, one slice of Pizza won't wreck you. My sister is a runner as well, and she eats pizza just fine. Not all the time mind you, but on the occasion we get a pie she'll usually have a slice and a half. No idea what she eats while in college, but either way, one or two slices of cheese pizza won't kill you as long as your active enough.

    True but I'm seriously nervous this year >___< They would only let people 14+ go to the finals in state and stuff and i'm finally 14 so this will be my first time in the finals <3

    Need to be in shape and become as fast as I can for this spring... b:surrender

    I may not be the best person to help out, since I only know what I know from my sister, but I do know that she goes out and runs a few miles every morning, even now during the winter (dress appropriately b:chuckle) and that seems to do her well enough. Try going out and running one mile for a week, then add distance every week. Maybe try adding half a mile to a mile every week. That should help your speed. And at the very least it'll help your endurance, which is important for any sport.

    Good luck in the finals though.
