    I live in Canada. We live IN snow, aka igloos.
    I was early taught to work as well as play,
    My life has been one long, happy holiday;

    FFS, there isnt going to be any snow for the holiday season where Im living. All the damned snow just melts as soon as it hits the ground. And, chances are, I live more north than you.

    Actually, its nothing to be laughing about, grade 8 is one of the best years of your life. Its easy as ****, you get easy marks, no homework, no stress, no work.

    I think that last part mostly depends on what school you go to. Some are better than others, and are more challenging. I guess it also has something to do with how smart you are as well.

    Indeed, But what grade is considered 'elementary' may not be the same. In my school system, elementary ended at the 5th grade. Middle School (6-8) may not have been very hard either, but it was harder than elementary. But then, that is the point, isn't it? Anyways, like I said not all school systems are equal, even when comparing grades from different schools (8th grade in one =/= 8th grade in another).

    Rofl I'm saying that our school district never had snow days from the time I was in elementary and only started getting them when I was in 4-5th grade

    Oh and to make sure people know...

    Yeah, thats what were we talking about. Some schools go from 1-8 and are called elementary. Some have 1-6 = elementary, then go to 7-8 which are middle school years. I went to a 1-8 school, so you would still be in elementary in my books.

    Noooo.... Our school district does it...

    Kindergarten-5th grade = Elementary (Age 6-11)

    6-8th grade = Middle school (Age 11-14)

    9-12th grade = High school (14-18)

    My Torontonian experience:

    Kindergarten to grade 8 = elementary
    grade 9 -12 = High School

    But, you know whats better... saying your age and/or just grade number/university year.

    In New Zealand its basic Kohanga at 1 - 3, Kindegarten at 4. Age 5 = Year 1 (Primary School) all the way up to age 10 = Year 6. 11 = Year 7 - 12 = Year 8 (Intermediate School) 13 = Year 9 - 18 = Year 13 (High School/College) after that you go to University

    Yeah lol i know it`s weird but i wanna help them to fit back into society, to prevent them from doing further crimes, therefore helping to keep people safe by teaching those that have lost their way to abide laws and be good citizens

    You don't need to pick that quickly. Just take the core classes for now, and pick later.

    And if it makes you feel any better, I'm graduating from college next semester, and I still don't know what I want to do.

    You have time to decide, it won't be the high school who will decide about your future but the university or the choices you'll do when you finish high school. b:laugh

    And still, i'm not sure what i'll do when i grow, cause honestly, at 19 you still fell like being a kid b:pleased
