How Can I Rebuild Myself?

Okay, so I'm level 23 and I started out with a Sword/Blade build and then switched to an axe/hammer build

Sword/Blade Build~5 STR, 3 DEX, 2 VIT
Axe/Hammer Build~6 STR, 2 DEX, 2 VIT

Since then I've been changing the build a lot.
Now I'm level 23 and have:

66 STR
31 VIT
29 DEX

I have these skills:

Tiger Maw~ Level:1
Draw Blood~ Level:1
Stream Strike~ Level:1
Drake's Ray~ Level:1
Aeolian Blade~ Level:1

Alter Marrow Physical~ Level:1
Alter Marrow Magical~ Level:1
Cloud Sprint~ Level:1
Aura of the Golden Bell~ Level:3


So if any BladeMaster Expert is stopping by this thread can they PLEASE
give me some tips on how I can straighten out my skills and stats to make a good BM because it's my first character and I can't delete it or I'll lose everything I've worked for, even though I do realize level 23 isn't a big achievement.

    you have no prolem as long your vit is less than 50 and mag no more than 5.
