annoying lag problems

when i start to fly and go upwards i lag back downwards which means when im trying to fly away from being killed i get pushed back down to be killed, its the same for when im walking or jumping as well. i think its got something to do with the update because it only started after i downloaded the new patch.

any ideas how to fix it?

Try running Verify from the start menu of the game and let it run.
