I was disconnected whilst doing cube for a quick auto patch and brang up some random windows bug report(First time this has happened). When i logged back into the game i was teleported to room 1, I've sent multiple tickets and received no response. Can i get in contact with a GM, because ur support system is quite stupid. I live in Australia so when im online and ur GM's appear to be offline. b:sad

Never resend tickets.......EVER. You request gets bumped to the bottom of the list when you do that.
