Skill vs gear

Ok so I wanna know if maxing skill is more important or issit having better gear is more important if ur going for pvp/pk build???
Skill requires more money as you go further up the lvl... and im not talking about buff skills(cos i noe theyre extremely important)... more like those pk pvp skills such as perdition/sunder, beastial onslaught, penetrate armor, devour. perdition n sunder especially since theyre so expensive (4 mil at lvl 10 -_-). is the upgrade in skills worth the money??

    maxing a skill comes first. and perdition is the hardest hitting in skill in the game so max it asap...also max sunder cuz it is good when you are grinding and its bleeding is nice too.

    I know barbs with level 1 flesh realm (kept at 1 for less mana usage) and they tank just as fine (cuz I think the threat/aggro is the same at all levels)

    maxing skills (except a few like the hp buff or tiger form) is not really important for tankers, refines are the only thing to increase hp massively at endgame or 90+ aniway

    I would say skills and gear... take both you need then.

    I would recommend working on your manufacturing skills as well. Then there is no choice as to where your money goes. You make your own equipment, so you can focus on upgrading skills.
    I used to wonder why I would have these scary dreams every month. About the wolf, who kept running through town. And as I wondered, I also thought about how I couldn't remember having those dreams before being bitten by this very big dog...

    What i mean is if u have to choose between the two..which on comes first...(of course both would be the best answer but if u have to pick one over the other) n im not talkin bout crafting skill or buff skill for barb... more like those pk pvp skill as i mention above

    The Upgrade in Skills is worth the Coins, but if i had just enough coins to get either armor or skills, (considering i have my main tanking skills maxed already) i would go for armor first. You will need the armor alot more than another level on a skill.
