    you get them as rewards in RB, you can even find elementals for like 40k

    Players should be offering better deals than what the NPC itself already gives. Its a simple as that.

    If you ask me, 2M is expensive considering you can find perfect citrines (the most expensive shard) for 5M. I rather pay 20M to have 4 perfect shards than 10M for 4 immac on my gear, given the fact one would spend this much on a end-gear piece.

    well the gems would need to be at a pretty good discount to make somebody want to buy from them instead of making them... and most people don't run around with millions of coins looking for shards... so they gotta make it a steal to sell em :P

    On sanctuary b4 the event immaculate garnets go for on average 1.1 mill, immaculate saphires were 900k, immaculate amber is 800k o.O cause of the rebirth craze only citrines were like the expensiver of them all at 3.5 mill. I guess Sanctuary had it good at one time.

    This is nothing new. Flawless are 915,840 to make and routinely sell for 700k on DW (that's before this event). Vendor values are really just an upper limit on those stones. But hey, if you can get an Immaculate fo 1.8 mil right now, you could do a level 12 stone for a mere 1,620,000,000 rather than 4,121,280,000 as the vendor value (or $20,510 at 205k gold... including listing fee). A savings of 60%!

    ITT people who look like theyre complaining about something kick ****. thanks to JOJ and the lower costs i got my demonslaughter, and my rest of my gear to+ 5, a better cape, and leveling pretty quickly :V

    We have a pretty great gem economy thanks to RB's and WB's, even elemental stones can be used to show off by getting enough for the announcement. You also get to laugh in RB by all the people saying, hit the bestowal with your fists, it'll drop better then.
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.
