i bought 3 gold in gold trading and got nothing.
it took my coin, but i got nothing.
someone told me that my account is bugged or something and that my char will be deleted. please help me resolve this problem as i dont think deleting my char for supporting the game is a fair punishment.
btw i tried using live chat with gm and it doesnt work.

    Did you place it as a bid for what you're buying gold at, or did you buy it from someone already selling? If you put the bid in rather than buying it from someone, you have to wait for someone to sell it to you at that price which may or may not happen.

    ok so my coin is not necessarily gone, it is just sitting there at the bottom right hand waiting for someone to sell gold at that price.
    do i have this right i have to wait 48 hours to get my coin back or can i take it now?

    It's even longer than 48 hours, if my recent experience is anything to go by. Took like 4-5 days to get my coinage back as I placed an order right before the prices skyrocketed b:surrender

    i found that if you hit the button just above refresh, it will show your bid on the left hand side. you can then quit trying that bid and withdraw funds immediately.

    If you hit the listing button you can see your transaction history and get your coin back right away if you want.
