how can i incrase my tailor skill ?

help me please its still level 1 when i go to elder it says low proficiency level.how can iincrase ?

You need to craft armour in order to level it up.
Collect the materials you need, go to a tailor and craft level 1 and/or 2 equip
until you reach 100%, then you can get crafting level 2 at the elder.
