Third time on different computers, same result

SmexyTwinky - Heavens Tear

I keep getting the same stupid error message on 3 DIFFERENT computers. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling pwi on ALL three of these computers, but have been unable to get the patcher to open on any of these. I would like to be able to play at the same time as my husband, but it appears that we will be unable to do so. I have already submitted a ticket, and a reply e-mail to you guys, but have gotten no answer.
I would love some help with this
