i cant find rank 2 equipment in dreamweaver where is it?b:sad

    not sure where it is but i do know tht u need to be lvl 60 to wear it

    behind the justice envoy, on the left there near the water

    i believe there are 3 pieces of eq u can get from that npc, one rank 2, one rank 3, and one rank 4
