Ubuntu 9.04 and Wine graphical issues

I am an Ubuntu User and i just started playing PWI again and i am noticing the graphics are distorted mostly in the item and attack icons as well as in some of the interface and there are some clipping issues if any other ubuntu users have conquered this issue i would appreciate the help.

Well it seems the issues you are describing are normal with Wine right now according to this:

Good luck tho. I also use ubuntu, but not for gaming.
