lost shard

The shard i've got from the supply stash box (lvl65) that i've been saving in my inventory is totaly gone. Disappaired when doing this new daily (postbox thing).

Now i would really like to have it back but have no clue how to go about it.
Ticketing is out for i cant change my email (which has change but cant find anywhere here to change it :S)

So, what i'm i gonna do now... b:cry

    If you submit a ticket and note in the ticket what you want to change your e-mail to and where you want us to send our reply, we can accommodate you.

    yeah when i logged on after the update a weapon i got from the elder (the elders trial) dissapeared =( i rlly liked it but im not going to submit a ticket to much for a weapon that would suit me for 5 days lol
    i like potatos, long walks on the beach and PWI
