Unable to Connect to this server

Hey, I'm...brand new to this mmo. Quite literally just downloaded everything after searching a bit for a new one to play.

But ah...after everything's finally downloaded it won't actually let me log in. ****.

Every time I try no matter how long I've waited or what servers I've switched off on as it tries to log in I keep getting resent to the log in screen with a "Unable to connect to this server" error popping on up.

Anyone know the reason behind this or...how to fix it?

    Ithink the servers are down or atleast the loging are cause they arnt showing as online. I can't sign in either.

    Hi there, and welcome to the game. Unfortunately, you've just had some bad luck with the exact hour you picked to start playing, since the servers are currently down for maintenance. They should be back up by 2am PST. You can also keep an eye on this thread for updates on tonight's maintenance.

    Ordinarily server maintenance is on Tuesday nights from 11pm to 1am PST, but it got pushed back a bit this week due to some last minute issues with the new patch.

    If for some reason you still can't get in once maintenance is over, just let us know and we'll be happy to help.

    Hello ive tried to log onto to game today. thursday gmt time 8.40am but the servers are down!! Is there some maintenence going on??

    chobsi can you tell me how long it will be till the servers open up for you
    cause we may have diferent time and im not good at the times thing.

    hm, just take a look at the CURRENT TIME above (right beside your avatar)...

    so, the server should be online again on 2 am PST ^.^

    In theory, we're running over ont he time a little bit.

    Guesstimate: by 2am California Time, if not sooner.

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Oh of course. Just my luck. Well, at least it's nothing I've got to go out and fix!
