Grinding

Hi, I'm lvl 45 and I heard I should grind on evolved vipions, I don't know where to find any, but I'm at vipion sentinels right now, is that okay? or are evolved vipions better?

Both look identical to me. Except that evolved has more spawns. I would probably go to evolved vipions as you will probably do less flying between mobs.
