hazy ruins/valley of scarred

alrighty so ive tried to get help via tickets and such to no avail so trying my luck here
i got into unicorn forest got 1 gold quest chain that was short (ended on killing fallen forest watcher) have no hazy ruins quest chain or anything else that leads me into valley of scarred
ive completed all other quests i can (some TT, FC, LG, harpy wraith, purgotol doc are left only)
anyone else had this problem? other people 9x that got in there even lower lvl got the quest chain to valley, ive checked elders, sage of prophecy/OHT npcs, teleport/travler npc in OHT and unicorn, all npcs in unicorn, 1k elder, and my find quest
help? b:surrender
ok fixed with new quest finder i gotta kill fallen forest watcher(again) but WITH a crystal of grudge in my inventory to reactivate quest chain, pfff
