Hi. I am new player on perfect world and i will play with cleric I read some topic in forum, but i am confused b:cry
I need some help to aswer some questions

What stats should I invest in?
Highly offensive build?
Offensive build?
Balanced build?

and What skills should I invest in?

    Most go Hybird (with some vit) and Full Mag.

    I can say though it will greatly depend also on whether you are on a PvE or PvP server.

    I haven't played PWI in months...but, Hybrid/Balanced is the best, because chances that you'll solo most of the time (like I did) are 70%

    I made the mistake of investing in DEX when I started out, stay away from it. 1 STR (every 2 levels) and the rest goes in VIT and INT.

    Heals you should level: Ironhearted Blessing and Wellspring surge
    Attacks: Plume Shot and Cyclone

    You don't have to follow everything to the letter, but using a guide as a reference helps. Good luck and have fun :D

    Thats a pve server, so I would advice you to go with hybrid/vit build over pure mag or LA. You will have decent survivability and damage to own practically any mob, though some might require more heals than others. you can always change things up in the future thanks to the reset notes, but as a starter, go hybrid
