How to Make Weapons more Powerful

Probably this questi has been made hundred times, but i am lazy and i make it again, and maybe will born a topic where to make a good FAQ about all ways to empower a wepon... refinements and so on.
I see many ppl with blue/green/gold shining weapon. And ok i dont care of fashionable value of these items but i care their improved power. With the noob Box that every 5 lvls gives random items i gotta 2 time weapons that where named: "star""star"perfect"weaponname" (all blue), with blue glow and greatly increased attack power respect base weapon... and blue glow.
So... Questions are:
1) How can i improve like that shop weapons (stars before name, perfect grade and of course greatly improved attack power) and what items i need for this?
2) How refinement works and what does it do?
3) What mirage celestones can do for my weapons?
Thx a lot

How do I charge the Accelerate timer on my aerocraft?
-If you decompose gear at a Tailor/Blacksmith, you will obtain Chi stones. Drag these stones to your equipped aerocraft to charge it.
What are molds and how do I get them?
-Molds are used to create legendary gear. They drop from dungeon bosses sometimes, or very, very rarely from regular monsters. The forges to make Legendary gear are in Archosaur, Southwest district.
What are Mirage celestones are how does Refining work?
-Mirage Celestones can be obtained by trading 3 of each (human, earth, heaven) celestone or 25 celestone fragments at a Gem Merchant. They're used to refine your gear at an Elder, which will enhance its attributes, and even add new ones. Note that if the refining fails, you will lose the refining level the gear had (i.e. if you had +3 and you failed, it returns to +0). The Mirage Celestone is also lost, even though you failed.
How do Soulgems/Shards work?
-Shards may drop from monsters, you can get them from Lucky items (Lucky Note, Lucky Pack, etc), or you can buy them off Merchant NPC's. Also, you can use three soulgems to create one soulgem of the next level, at a Jewelcraftsman (Combine option). If you imbue these soulgems into armor/weapons, the effects will be added to it. Note that your item needs one open socket per soulgem, and the success rate is 100%. This is done at a Blacksmith or Tailor.
How does gear glow?
-Gear glows under the following circumstances:
The following weapons glow:
-Three-star (purple name) : Blue glow. Obtained at lvl 20 from a quest, or rarely from weapon manufacturing.
-Legendary (gold name) : Gold glow. Obtained by using materials and a mold (dropped from dungeon bosses) at a Legendary weapon forge in Archosaur.
-Twilight (green name) : Green glow. Obtained by using Twilight Temple materials at a Twilight Weapon forge in Archosaur.
-All fists
Also, you can make armor glow by adding soulgems, here's a list:
2 grade 5 hp stones = purple glow
2 grade 5 phys def stones = orange/reddish glow
2 grade 5 mag def stones = white glow
2 grade 5 mp stones = blue glow
2 grade 5 evasion stones = yellow glow
2 grade 5 elemental stones = green glow
2 grade 5 stones, not the same = sparkles
4 grade 8 hp stones = lightning effect
4 grade 8 mp stones = blue crystal effect
4 grade 8 elemental stones = Strong green glow with sparkles
4 grade 8 phys def stones = Burning fire
4 grade 8 mag def stones = Strong white mist
4 grade 8 evasion stones = Bigger/stronger yellow glow with sparkles.

Basic weapons come in four quality levels:
white (1-star) - can be bought from NPCs or dropped from mob kills
blue (1-star) - can drop from mob kills - has same base stats as the white version, has an extra feature
blue (2-star) - has better stats and has extra feature(s)
blue (3-star) - glows blue and has the best stats of that weapon type and has more extra features.
Sometimes a 3-star will drop from a boss. BUt, mostly, the way these come about is from crafting. When you make something it has a chance to be one of the higher quality levels. The special abilities are random (within a set of possibilities for that weapon). Once created, the quality and special abilities of a weapon are set forever.
Weapons that glow yellow are Legendary weapons which means they were made from a rare mold (probably a mold that dropped from an FB boss). They tend to have very good stats and non-random special abilities.
Weapons that glow green are made from materials gathered in Twilight Temple. Like Legendary weapons, they have good stats and non-random special abilities. UNlike Legendary weapons, they progress. You have to decompose the earlier ranks of them into a mold to make the next rank. At very high levels there are rare Twilight Temple materials that can make a gold TT weapon which tends to be particularly good, but binds on use.
There are also other types of weapons made from materials in Lunar and Frostlands with a similar concept to the TT weapons.
Celestones are the price to refine weapons. You trade them at an Elder for a chance to imrove the stats of gear. For weapons, the improvement is to the damage the weapon does. There are other items you can use to improve the chances of a successful refine. If a refine fails, the item reverts to no refine (even if it already had +7, say, a failed try for +8 takes you to 0).
The other way to improve weapons is with shards. Weapons have up to two sockets for shards to be imbued into. Different shards convey different advantages. See a Jewelcrafter to see what each type does and (under the combine tab) how much each level of shard conveys. Shards are not recoverable from weapons once imbued. You can, however, clean out the shards in a weapon and start over."?" IS my avatar.0 -
So blue (1-star)(2-star)(3-star) weaps are to made by craft/drop... and can't be obtained starting from blacksmith's weapons?

x grade is about gemstone value and x type stones means the quantity of stones inputted? for example:
2 grade 5 mp stones = blue glow
Means that if i put 5 mp stones of 2nd level on a weapon i obtain blue glow? So i need a weapon with 5 sockets available for this?0 -
The glow you can get from socketing various stones/gems only applies to armor.
To get get a blue glow on weapons it must be a 3 star item. As for green or gold, it must have a sold green star or a sold gold star. Adding gems of high level to weapons, you get swirls and sparkles for effects.
As for your latter question: It means you need 5th level stones and you need two of them.My Alts
